Oakley was at my house today to service our iron filter. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was needed. Everything was completed as described and the area was cleaned up upon completion. Our service experience was very professional!

Tom and Andrew were excellent at diagnosing and explaining our plumbing issues. They were able to take care of the issue (including cutting concrete) within the day. So friendly and easy to work with! Hope to not have any more plumbing problems, but we certainly know to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing if we do! Thanks, guys!

Tom was great and very friendly! we have had Tom come out to service our house before and was a pleasure to see him again. he fixed our leaky sink quick and also notified us of a more serious plumbing issue. Tom will be back out to repair that also. always great service and professional service. highly recommend!

Outstanding! We called for a furnace check up and to resolve an issue with a garage heater. Haze was very professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining what was wrong, how the systems work, and what the fix was. He kept things tidy and was very timely. Very satisfied with his service.
