Needed a new Rheem hybrid hot water heater installed in my garage; including rerouting hot and cold lines from the laundry room. Rhodes from Bejamin Franklin knocked it out of the park. He knows his stuff and was professional and thorough. What a great job. And left the place clean as can be. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work you need.

Jorel explained what was needed every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about how to bring our system up to code, and he worked tirelessly to complete the job. He was very polite and took the time to answer my questions. The new water heater looks great.

My technician Charles Tucker was a very polite and knowledgeable guy, as soon as I told him what my problem with my hot water heater was he knew exactly what was wrong. He went to his van for the parts to fix the problem and never tried to sell me extra features like my local plumber did. I was told by our supposedly local plumber that I needed a new water heater which was far from the truth and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a great company with great people.
