We had a difficult yjob due to previous bad plumbing! Benjamin Franklin plumbing fixed our heating system with professional work,and the best and nicest crew I have ever had do work at my home, they are the only ones who will do any plumbing work that I need. The crew of Chris, Frank, were especially nice to have in my home!

My Technician James was very pleasant and informative. He gave me great advice , I would love to give him 5 star, however I gave him a 4 star because there is always a place for improvement but overall my experience was great.

The Customer Service at Benjamin Franklin is other worldly. They listen attentively then sent a great technician Chris Seppe to address the problem. Not only did he give alternatives but worked with me in an effort to make the cost work for me financially. I am very pleased and the job is perfect. I now have hot water throughout the house and everyone in the household is happy. This is a five star company and operation.
