Technical was Gary, no picture in list. Gary showed up, assess the issue and proceeded to remove and replace the broken valve assembly. For whatever reason the valve was very deep in the ground and not very accessible. As part of the replacement, he configured the new valve making it more accessible. He took the initiative to make it better instead of just replacing the the valve.

Sawyer and Aiden did an outstanding job installing a whole house water filtration system. Very professional and attention to detail was much appreciated! We will definitely be doing using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all our future needs, highly recommended.

Matt Stanley of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing provided excellent service! He thoroughly assessed our mainline plumbing issues, provided lots of info and options for repair. I had plumbing work done at my residence today and Tech Daniel did an amazing job! He was not only kind and courteous, but worked very quietly and efficiently. Such a great technician who came to my house very prepared to correct our hot water problems. He is certified with our type of hot water tank and showed us a complete booklet about our hot water tank and what he will do to fix the problem. After the repairs he took time to show us what he changed, and he took time to explain how the heating system works. Such a great guy, Benjamin Franklin is very lucky to have Austin as their employee.
