My plumber Tony was fantastic. He was compassionate, understanding, honest, professional, patient, knowledgeable and concerned about my needs in the moment. He took time to give me all my options and make sure I understood each stage. He even took time to teach me some about what he was doing. I will absolutely call for him specifically for my future plumbing needs. I could not be more grateful for his service! I’m so pleased. Thank you!!

We had a low water pressure issue and Dwayne took literally hours going through the diagnostic process. He was fantastic and an extremely nice guy. Benjamin Franklin even sent another plumber to assist Dwayne in diagnosing a very challenging issue. The cost was very, very reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Good honest hard working people.

My mom, Nancy Garrett, used Benjamin Franklin on Tuesday this week. They weren't sure when they could get her seen, they said it might not be til Saturday. Tony O arrived the same day by around 3pm. He was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explained exactly what needed to be done/what he was doing and the shower works better than it did when it was brand new. He was very kind and funny and made her comfortable while having someone in her home working. If she needs plumbing work done again she would definitely use Benjamin Franklin and be happy to request Tony.--She tried to leave a review herself but because she left a review before she couldn't so she asked me to. She really appreciated Tony's kindness and humor.

Jon was exceptional to work with. He was very patient with explaining the different water systems plus the descaling option. Did a great job installing the unit and plumbing. We had to leave for an appointment and Jon took care of everything. We always use Mr Sparky and Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
