We had a blockage with our toilet late Sunday night and was unable to run any water or use our toilet. I called the 27/7 service line and was able to get service set up for first thing Monday morning. The staff I spoke to getting this set up were absolutely kind and amazing! The service technician, Don came out and got us back up and running pretty quickly. This was our first experience with using this company and I can say that we will be calling them again if needed. Definitely recommend this company!

Very prompt and efficient service. He arrived right on time and was done fixing my leaky toilet in a flash. Would definitely call them again.

SUPERB SERVICE!! As always, Donn was TOP NOTCH! We had a water main leak and he was here within the hour. He worked with city water service to quickly arrange access. He even devised a way to share water with our neighbors (with their permission of course) so we won’t be without water until they get to the job (day after tomorrow). We will always call Ben Franklin/Tomlinson!!
