Kenneth arrived on time and ready to go! His knowledge and ability to communicate his approach was exemplary. His workmanship was equally impressive. He took time to explain what he was doing and provided options for different solutions when the work took a turn. Awesome in every respect. Sam was very friendly who is very knowledgeable in his field. Sam explained everything that he was doing, keeping me well informed. He listened to all of my concerns. The company backs up their work and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I went downstairs in the evening and found our well pump had leaked and flooded our basement. I called Ben Franklin that night and the service technician was able to come early the next day. We ended up getting a full pump and filter replacement. Ira, our technician, was able to get the parts and install the entire pump, new tank and filter, in less than 24 hours after i reported the incident! He did a very thorough job, and was very professional and nice to work with. Excellent service, we will be using them again for projects in the future.

Ben Franklin Plumbing was great! Called about a leak and they were out the next morning. Sam was great, able to diagnose the problem, and fix it within an hour or so! Great experience!

Josh was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He pointed out that I had been told there was a problem when there was no problem. This will save me money. He will handle the installation that I do need. So glad. He and the Benjamin Franklin company are good communicators. They kept me posted about scheduling. I am well pleased.
