Kenneth arrived on time and ready to go! His knowledge and ability to communicate his approach was exemplary. His workmanship was equally impressive. He took time to explain what he was doing and provided options for different solutions when the work took a turn. Awesome in every respect. Josh was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He pointed out that I had been told there was a problem when there was no problem. This will save me money. He will handle the installation that I do need. So glad. He and the Benjamin Franklin company are good communicators. They kept me posted about scheduling. I am well pleased.

Josh was able to look at the issue with my water heater immediately. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain everything he would doing in depth, as well as my options, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be requesting him for any future plumbing needs. I received excellent service and he was a pleasure to deal with .

Sam was courteous, professional and punctual. We are now regular customers and praying our issue is resolved. He set clear expectations about our problem and offered two alternatives to solve it knowing that if the first doesn’t work then we will pursue the second.

I went downstairs in the evening and found our well pump had leaked and flooded our basement. I called Ben Franklin that night and the service technician was able to come early the next day. We ended up getting a full pump and filter replacement. Ira, our technician, was able to get the parts and install the entire pump, new tank and filter, in less than 24 hours after i reported the incident! He did a very thorough job, and was very professional and nice to work with. Excellent service, we will be using them again for projects in the future.
