Had a leaking hot water tank. Called on Saturday and a charming young woman scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised! Evan arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was friendly, forthcoming and professional. He replaced the air eliminator valve for a reasonable price. The next time that I need plumbing help, I will be calling Ben Franklin and requesting Evan's services.

Amazing. We've been using Ben Franklin for years now. Here's why... The boiler that supplied both heat and hot water at our little boutique hotel went out over the weekend. Elijah came out on a Sunday morning to diagnose, Andy and Steven arrived Monday morning with a new boiler. Big job. Two-day install. They juggled their schedule to prioritize us and we were back up and running Tuesday. Many thanks to all!

Westen and Kaiden to my home on Wednesday. They were very efficient and got the job done quickly. They were friendly and polite. Then Westen came back the following day for installation. The jobs were done in a timely manner and I will definitely call on one of them the next time I need plumbing work done!😊

Josh and Mitchell always provide an above and beyond service. I can’t recommend this company enough. They are on time or early, they bring a good attitude, and they work hard and it shows. The work they do is excellent. And it’s always a good experience with them. Would definitely recommend this company. They also service the Gunnison area which is extremely helpful with our limited options up here.
