I recently had the pleasure of working with Aidan Mack from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for two major projects in my home: repairing my boiler and installing a whole house water filtration system. Aidan's professionalism truly stood out. He not only repaired the boiler with remarkable skill but also took the time to walk me through how it works and the benefits it would provide for my home. One of the standout aspects of Aidan's work is the quality of his pipework. The installation looks absolutely amazing! Everything is neatly organized and expertly done, which not only enhances the functionality of the system but also adds to the overall aesthetics of my garage area. It's clear that Aidan takes pride in his craftsmanship, and it shows in the final result. I also want to highlight Caren from the office team, who was fantastic to work with. Amazing. We've been using Ben Franklin for years now. Here's why... The boiler that supplied both heat and hot water at our little boutique hotel went out over the weekend. Elijah came out on a Sunday morning to diagnose, Andy and Steven arrived Monday morning with a new boiler. Big job. Two-day install. They juggled their schedule to prioritize us and we were back up and running Tuesday. Many thanks to all!

Andrew was very professional when installing my furnace and ac. He knew exactly what he was doing, and did it quickly and efficiently. I’ve had Benjamin Franklin install a water heater, furnace, ac and work on my sewer line. They always do an amazing job and show up right away. I always recommend them for any job.

I just want to point out that I’m renting this property, and still was so impressed with their work that I’m deciding to do a review. 100/10. Andrew and Jacob showed exceptional professionalism the entire 2 day process. They were on time, courteous, friendly and their workmanship can’t be beat. You can tell they really take pride in their work, everything looks phenomenal. They took their time to make sure it was done correctly, safely, and to make sure it looked damn good as well. They started on Friday knowing it was going to be a 2 day job, and stayed hours late on Friday to make sure me, my wife, and our 2 small daughters at least had warm water and heat in our bedrooms until the job could be finished on Monday. They’ve made us customers for life, only people we will call for plumbing will be Benjamin Franklin. Good job guys! Our family appreciates the hard work. :)

Dean and Andy were professional, thoughtful, and very skilled. I would recommend them for any job- big or small. I had the entire plumbing and heating system redone at my house and they made the process easy. Dean was excellent with communication. They were thorough and detail oriented. They even checked on the system when I was out of town. I will absolutely call them for all future plumbing needs. Their dedication to good service and willingness to help went above and beyond.
