Needed an emergency gas leak fixed and handled the well capping issue we had. We had no heat because the gas company shut it off and wouldn’t turn it back on till it was fixed. They were super accommodating. Mike is very knowledgeable and personable. We appreciate him and his work very much.

We had an unexpected clogged drain, which was actually a clogged stack. Matt quickly assessed the situation and explained it thoroughly. Before starting anything, he provided the plan and pricing so that I knew what would be involved. Once approved he worked on fixing the issue providing several updates. He fixed the issue, cleaned up, and was very considerate of our house and time. He also showed up earlier than expected. Considering the situation, it was a very pleasant experience.

My kitchen sink was backed up. I filled the form out on website and they were able to send someone out same day. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very stressed about the whole situation but Matt calmed my nerves. I enjoyed working with him and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. He even enjoyed being bothered by my dog. Highly recommended.

Over the years and living in several homes, there is always a need for a plumber. Recently, in an emergency situation, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbers. They sent out a true professional gentleman who not only was quick but so efficient he saved me from having more damage from a water break. I cannot say enough good things about Matt Drake this great Plumber that handled this crisis. I will request him on every plumbing issue I have as long as he is available.
