Had them come in and install a leak detector/protector and a pressure reduction valve. The plumber did an excellent job, very clean work, quick, very competent. He was easy to work with, punctual and I got a fair price. They were recommended to me by my insurance agent who I know has high standards and so I took a chance, and was pleasantly surprised. Their communication is also unusually good. Recommended!

The leak in our pipes turned into a much more complicated problem than we first thought. Jaime did a great job of sticking with it until he found the leak and fixed it. I would definitely use your service again, and I would be delighted to have Jaime work on any plumbing issue I may have in the future.

Jaime was courteous and professional. He was extra careful with the plant around the job area. He set his work area and after the job was done, he made sure the area was clean and better than before. He talked to me about the installation process from beginning to end. Loved that the entire process and installation went smoothly. Thank you!

I've been doing a lot of work on my house this year and I have to say one of the best contractors that ever came to my house to serve us has been from Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Their plumbers were great at listening and advising me on what I needed for an outdoor kitchen near my patio (hot/cold water, drain and gas). Once they came up with a plan, great gave me a great estimate, they showed up on time did the work and did not leave a mess (so important to me! ). If I need any plumbing work in the future you know this is the only company I'm gonna call. (Thank you Frank and Jamie! )
