Lefel came out at a moment's notice. He had a magic touch! He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He offered me several options and also had the cleanest plumbing truck I've ever seen. I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Long Beach again next time and will ask for Lefel again, too.

I can't say enough about the excellent and ethical customer service that I received after choosing Benjamin Franklin Plumbling to install my tankless water heater. Both Stacey and Frank were thoughtful in figuring out how to do the least invasive but yet effective installation to accommade the design of my home. No extra cuts had to be made into walls in order for me to transition from a standard water heater to the tankless. The price that I was quoted is the price that I paid, which was the best quote that I received out of three. I was not charged for extra parts to modify the ventilation system. Everything was included in the price. Thank you so much Stacey. I'm so happy that I chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbling of Long Beach for my project.
