We had a clog at the house at the worst time possible since I'm injured nd wasn't able to walk. Jim showed up on a Sunday afternoon clear the problem for us in no time, we had company at the time so we were kind of between a rock and a hard place. I thought we were going to end up paying an arm and a leg but pricing was extremely reasonable I was very very satisfied. Thank you Jim and Ben Franklin plumbing.

I had a gas leak and John came and diagnosed where the one leak was and found another one and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very calm and collected. He made an experience that was very scary into a calm experience. I’d want him to help me anytime there is a problem. He’s awesome!
