I recently had the pleasure of working with Iris at Benjamin Franklin Plumbers. She replaced a 50 gallon water heater in my attic, handling the job with remarkable skill and professionalism. It was a seamless process! She took the time to explain the installation process and her expertise was evident as she efficiently navigated the tight space & compartment. I highly recommend Iris her top-notch service and expertise will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. *images provided they did protect stairwell my kids had inadvertently moved everything out of place. But they fixed it. No damages to report lol.

This company did an outstanding job. Jorge and Kate worked together and completed the job in a timely manner, not to mention, that they cleaned up any mess that they created. Leaving the area looking better than when they had gotten there. In addition to doing I can excellent job, they gave me options that allowed me to choose the type of warranty and service after installation that was best for me. I greatly appreciate this and that I was going through some medical issues that was financially causing a burden on me. I can't say enough about this company not only in the work they do but in the financial choices that they gave me also. I can't recommend this company any higher.

There are not enough words to how great Jeff (owner) and his Team are, the care and concern they showed was truly amazing. With the hurricane and then the rain was causing my yard drains to back up. They weren’t able to do anything until the rain stopped but Jeff personally checked on me during the week to see how I was holding up which says so much who he is as a human being not just a business owner. He had Jorge out first thing Monday morning. Jorge and his crew member were so kind and very helpful. They were so understanding of my situation and helpful. The care and concern and passion for what you do is what truly makes you successful in life and these guys are a true inspiration and a reminder of good people still exist!! Thank you so much. Iris was very professional and informative. She explained why the plumbing issue most likely occurred. She also gave direction on how to go forward with a more permanent repair. Great job would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing for any plumbing needs.

This company went above and beyond all expectations. We recently moved to Texas City and we needed a water softener. I called on Thursday and the following Tuesday they were installing our softener. They were very professional and knowledgeable. You could not ask for a better company. The price was very reasonable. We are very happy with the end product!
