I recently had the pleasure of working with Iris at Benjamin Franklin Plumbers. She replaced a 50 gallon water heater in my attic, handling the job with remarkable skill and professionalism. It was a seamless process! She took the time to explain the installation process and her expertise was evident as she efficiently navigated the tight space & compartment. I highly recommend Iris her top-notch service and expertise will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. *images provided they did protect stairwell my kids had inadvertently moved everything out of place. But they fixed it. No damages to report lol.

Neil did a great job installing our new kitchen faucet. Explained everything from the quote, job and how to use the new sprayer 😊 will definitely use them again when I get our new pot filler.

The company is very responsive and communicative. I received updates on when my plumber would arrive and who to expect to arrive. Jorge did a great job giving us an estimate of the work to be done and what to expect. Iris was absolutely amazing helping us through the process of understanding what was wrong and how it needed to be repaired. She was very patient with our questions; she arrived promptly as promised; she made sure everything went smoothly and was completed efficiently. Iris is the BEST!!

I am very happy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's response to my tankless water heater concern. My technician, Neil, was very professional, courteous, friendly, and communicated his observation and recommendations in a very clear fashion. Nice work, Neil. Thank you. Just a follow up: Unfortunately, the repair requested by the warranty company didn’t resolved the problem. But thanks to the team, Iris, Michael, and Jeff, from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in League City, they quickly coordinated with the home warranty company to approve the full replacement at a very reasonable price. Best yet is that they got it in the next day! I recommend this company! A new issue cropped up as a result of the cold weather, Neil came out gave me an estimate on a Friday and was able to get the work done, and done well, the next Monday. Nicely done! Thank you!

Neil and Jeff were very helpful AND honest about my plumbing inspection. They are going to fix a couple of current issues and gave me some options about future needs. No pressure! Neil even pointed out that my attic ladder has a big split in the wood. And, they are fastidious about wearing shoe coverings!! Highly recommend!
