I recently had the pleasure of working with Iris at Benjamin Franklin Plumbers. She replaced a 50 gallon water heater in my attic, handling the job with remarkable skill and professionalism. It was a seamless process! She took the time to explain the installation process and her expertise was evident as she efficiently navigated the tight space & compartment. I highly recommend Iris her top-notch service and expertise will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. *images provided they did protect stairwell my kids had inadvertently moved everything out of place. But they fixed it. No damages to report lol.

The company is very responsive and communicative. I received updates on when my plumber would arrive and who to expect to arrive. Jorge did a great job giving us an estimate of the work to be done and what to expect. Iris was absolutely amazing helping us through the process of understanding what was wrong and how it needed to be repaired. She was very patient with our questions; she arrived promptly as promised; she made sure everything went smoothly and was completed efficiently. Iris is the BEST!!

Iris was great. She was very thorough with what we thought was a leak in our home, which thankfully wasn't but in the end she helped us identify 2 areas of our home that need fixing/replacing; our toilets and poolside fill valve. Highly recommend her and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! *Update - We had Iris come back to install our 2 bathroom toilets and she was very thorough. Ran into a little issue but she was able to figure out the issue and everything was resolved. Great service!

Iris was great. She got my drain unclogged and made sure it was flowing smoothly before she left. She gave options to look over for preventative maintinence and said she’d be happy to come out when we are ready to go forward. So happy we got a great company on our first try. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of League City was amazing!! We came home from an out of state trip at midnight to find water pouring down our driveway. The main pipe going into the house was broken and we had to cut the flow from meter. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of League City first thing in the morning because of their customer ratings and comments. They responded within an hour. The plumber was Iris Castaneda. She was awesome. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, confident and thorough. She identified and fixed our problem in what I felt was fast while still being meticulous about her work. She provided me with video showing that roots had caused the issue. She also thoroughly explained the issue and her fix actions. As a radar, Nav Aids and communication technician with the Air Force and FAA for 27 years and another decade of hiring and managing all types of technicians for the FAA to include plumbing, I was really impressed with her work ethic, her skillset and her detailed writeup of the full event. I highly recommend both this company and Iris Castaneda for any plumbing issue. I also extend my gratitude to them for quickly resolving a stressful issue for us. Thank you!!!
