Cody came on very short notice once we called after returning from work to see our hot water heater leaking. He was very patient and kind. He explained and showed us everything that was wrong and quoted us a decent price. Great business and employee!!!! Great your Cody!

Matthew came out for our yearly inspection. He was personable, though, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his findings, and our options for repairs, and answer the many questions we had. I would definitely recommend Matthew.

Billy was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk about my plumbing issues and what can be done so there will be no further damage in the future. Billy returned again today to give a run down and estimate on everything that needs to updated. He explained everything in detail. I'm very happy with his service.

Tech Dan and his partner were both friendly, knowledgeable, respectful (They put on shoe booties) and answered any questions. No high pressure tactics. He gave us about 4 options that ranged in price from around $900-$2,000 range. The toilet had a leaky valve. The toilet itself was well over 20 years old and would be nice to replace with a bidet.
