Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from Lakeland were exceptional. The service was very timely and very professional. They answered at 6pm and had a technician here first thing in the morning by 945am. Brandon the technician explained everything thoroughly, gave us many different options and answered all our questions. We had a new hot water heater installed by 3pm the same day! We highly recommend their services!

Their technician Mr. Gustavo was professional and very knowledgeable, utilizing forty plus years of experience to replace a well pump on a thirty year old well. He literally looked at the system and formulated how and where to cut to make the replacement quick and easy. He definitely cares about the customer. He is the reason they received five stars. The only issue I have is their call center can't give a ballpark figure on price, pretty much requiring you to have a tech come out. I understand the reason for this, as every job is different, but for someone who may be shopping around, this can turn folks away. Still, five stars. Y'all need to give Mr. Gustavo a raise!
