Jose was very professional. Explaining every procedure that he did to repair the water line to my refrigerator. He was very prompt showed up early and completed the task in a very short time. He even took time out of his busy schedule to explain the features on the refrigerator I had purchased. He's a very nice man and very friendly. I highly recommend Jose and Benjamin Franklin plumbing. What a great experience. Had an emergency call with on site response in about 30 minutes. Jose was friendly courteous, thoughtful and thorough. He made sure i was well informed and guided me through what needed to be done. He made sure I was happy with everything. First time ever needing a plumber and couch be more pleased. Will be using good old Ben Franklin in the future.

Gustavo was amazing! He provided wonderful service, was very professional and just the kindest person you could meet. He’s such a wonderful representation for the company! We are so glad he was the one to come help us with our leak under our sink. It was fixed in about 5 minutes!
