I was very pleased with the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Justin was on time, a little early in fact, and communicated clearly. I live in a bit of a remote area and was concerned with finding a plumber that would provide service at my location. No problem with Ben Franklin. As a first time customer my only caution is that this is not an inexpensive option. All pricing was communicated in advance so I knew exactly what the charges would be.

Justin was amazing - I called around all day to try and find a plumber without luck. I tried Benjamin Franklin and they were friendly (wish i could remember her name) professional and really seemed to care that our problem was resolved that day! Justin arrived and he too was polite friendly and got the plumbing resolved! Because of the professionalism and caring Benjamin Franklin just became our go to plumber! Not sure why anyone would use another plumber!

Shout out to Justin for being punctual despite some hiccups, he was very patient when he had to wait for the city workers to turn the water on and off. While he was working on his project, he never failed to inform homeowners of every step along the way. I'm very please and satisfied with the service provided. He deserves recognition.
