Toby was excellent, very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Took time and several attempts to make sure that I really needed a new garbage disposal. After determining that I really did need one, Toby installed in about 15-20 minutes. Everything was clean after completing. Would highly recommend Toby. The only thing that I did not like was the price difference from us having a new garbage disposal and them coming back another day to install or using one of theirs. The difference was over $300. We did not have time during the week except after 6 pm or the weekend. Could not wait another few days without it working and smelling up the house. Had to go ahead and have one installed.

Matt assessed the situation quickly, recommended my 15-year old filter housing be replaced, provided a replacement cost, and confirmed the work could be completed today. He returned to the office to pick up the new housing, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I’m very happy with the service he provided.
