We had a kitchen sink backup over the holidays, and the company sent someone out right away! Dylan, the plumber, came to the rescue and did an outstanding job. He was not only highly skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and honest. He used a heavy-duty snake/auger to clear the clog, and everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend their services! Dylan was top-notch! 🌟

So very impressed! Josh and Tanner did an amazing job repairing our tub ! They were totally professional and very knowledgeable. What was a problem was quickly resolved !!!! This was our first time to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but we will certainly remember their great service ! The face of a company is the voice on the phone……Kim made you immediately feel that her company cared and we ended the conversation with confidence that the issue would be soon taken care of! Our technician was very knowledgeable about each scope of work that needed done. He completed all 4 repairs and had them done much quicker than I expected. Once again I'm grateful for the entire staff at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Thank you all.

With company coming in for Thanksgiving, we woke up to a leaking water heater! After throwing down towels to sop up the leak, we started hunting for an available credible plumber. A neighbor recommended Benjamin Franklin-Hot Springs. Two plumbers from Ben Franklin arrived within 2 hours. Their diagnosis was that our water heater had to be replaced. They worked with us on options. Then, they got to work. They didn’t leave until almost 7:30pm after ensuring we had plenty of hot water flowing again. Their plumbers (Dylan & Tanner) were great to work with. We’re very pleased!

I called to schedule a appointment to work on a kitchen sink and was able get a next day appointment. Just few hours later I received a call from the dispatcher and asked if this afternoon would be ok, I was free so I said yes. Service man arrived a little while later and got right to work. with in a short time kitchen sink was back in service and all was good. I definitely will be recommending this folks to my friends and anyone who ask if I know a good plumbing service. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and there staff are tops in my book.
