The work that was performed by Christopher Jackson was outstanding. He explained again what was taking place and the new installation of the shower valves and shut off valves was awesome. He was very professional and made sure that everything that was to take place, did take place and that we were satisfied with the installation. I would highly recommend Christopher for any job. I will send photos separately by email due to a different system not allowing me to upload. Thanks again for the excellent service provided to us.

I was in panick mode when I discovered our water tank was leaking. Our prior residence water tank was under the house but as our family grew we established a new home in 2005 with the water heater being in a room in the basement so the urgency was intense. In the process of dumping water,I was on the phone speaking with Benjamin Plumbing. We wanted to choose the water heater of our choosing so my wife and I went to the two box stores that night and made purchase. We communicated the purchase with Benjamin and they had us scheduled instantly. Chris Jackson was our tech. He was punctual and very informative. I generally don't write many reviews but this company deserves the accolades. We have plans next year to transform our backyard into an outdoor living space with a kitchen and various water features. We have found the company to not only be the go to for our residential area but we will definetly hire for all of the plumbing needs for that project.

I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin. They were prompt to give me a call the same day I submitted an inquiry form. Chris Jackson, the plumber, who came out to our home, was professional and curious. We’re totally pleased with the transaction and would highly recommend.

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come and drain my water heater today. Chris was my technician. He called ahead of time and actually was able to come a little early. He was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable and was very easy to talk with. He explained everything. He drained the tank (under the house) and checked all the water pressure in the house. The company offered a great deal ($119), not only for the work they did, but it also included a yearly program if I needed any further plumbing repairs throughout the year for 15% off. I was very pleased with the company from the original call, set up and work done. I will definitely use them again and will share their information with friends!
