Ray spent needed time locating water leak and explaining possible solutions. Very knowledgeable, competent and courteous! Ray returned today with his team to complete a major replacement of a water line. They were prompt, pleasant, and hard working in the quite chilly weather. They completed the task and left a tidy situation behind. Thanks for your help!

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Ray & Fuzzy came back today to finish the work I needed. They did great! They checked everything out to be sure it was all working properly. Would highly recommend them. Benjamin’s is great and these two are an asset to the company.

Pipe burst outside of our house and Benjamin Franklin was able to find Ray driving within vicinity of our house to swing by and at least get our water turned off. Knowing he had a prior appointment to get to, he left and took care of them and came back and fixed our burst pipe. Friendly, great communication, respectful. Benjamin Franklin has my business!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was excellent! Joey and his partner explained the plumbing problems. They fully explained the service charge and the quote for the repairs. They were very professional and fixed all the problems in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and efficient.
