This was my first experience using this company for a problem I had with a shower head not cutting off the water. "Vincent Rochester" was the tech who fixed the issue in a matter of just a few minutes. He was professional and pleasant to work with. Sam did such a great job! He was able to find the leak quickly and changed out the entire water heater the same day. He took the time to show the important functions and the important red flags to know if things are not working properly. I am very grateful he took the time to come out on a Sunday so I didn’t have to go a whole weekend without water. Thank you Sam you are the best ❤️

Sam was the best, and very punctual! I moved into a home near Greenville and needed several things checked out. He was extremely thorough, even double checking everything at the end.
