I am elated with the prompt and professional and personable service we just received from Garrett M. from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Greenville. I called and just about 5 hours later - on a Saturday - Garrett M. was here to assess our situation about an old leaky waterless hot water heater we have. And we live about 30 miles or so from Greenville! He gave us the diagnosis, explained all our options and listened so very intently to our decisions. His genuine kindness and attention is most appreciated as we are definitely senior citizens, and it is often difficult to communicate our concerns. He heard our concerns as explaining rather than complaining. We are incredibly grateful for the prompt service and great deal we are getting to fix our problem. What a blessing! And the lady at their office, Allison, took my call with such charm and cheer on a Saturday! This is quite amazing. And we are most delighted!

They did a great job! Very good communication and even did a free inspection to make sure everything was okay with all plumbing. Had my septic tank cleaned out and technician did a great job. Even went extra mile to put the dirt back free of charge. Thanks guys!! Highly recommend for any and all plumbing needs.

Making the service appointment was stress free and I was able to schedule within a couple days. Sam came out for the service call. He did a very thorough inspection and explained everything in detail. He was very personable and did a great job.

Sam did an excellent job with my annual inspection. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. Sam explains what he sees and gives us a game plan with pricing options.
