Cody came today to help address some issues in my 100+ year old home. Cody was very knowledgeable and was able to solve the problem quickly. I was very grateful for the prompt service and insight I received while Cody was here. Highly recommend.

Cody Velthouse was a super nice guy! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix my old shower leak very quickly and efficiently. I am so glad Benjamin Franklin Plumbing fit me in so fast and I would call them again and for sure would ask for Cody. Awesome service!!

After receiving a few quotes for my water heater to be replaced, I chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Mike did an excellent job walking through the steps of what to expect and answering my questions. My very old galvanized pipes added some bumps in the replacement process, but Mike was quick to keep me updated on solutions and next steps to ensure the best quality. I would recommend this company for future plumbing needs.

Cody Velthouse did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, explained our options, then did the work we chose in a professional and quick fashion. He even cleaned up everything around him when he completed the pipe replacements. He was very pleasant and respected our property (wearing booties over his shoes). My wife and I were very satisfied with Cody's work.

6 out of 5 stars if I could!!! They were so amazing when my water heater started leaking on a late Friday night and they came Saturday morning. Cody Velthouse was so accommodating, polite, and explained everything so nicely! I’m definitely going to go to them if I have anymore plumbing issues!
