My experience with Benjamin Franklin was great!! Service call scheduled within 12 hours of my original call. Cody arrived promptly on time, evaluated the situation. It was determined hot water heater needed to be replaced. He provided quotes and once I decided which model, he immediately tackled the job. A new (upgraded) unit was delivered and 2 hours later I had a beautiful unit and hot water!! Cody was friendly, professional and thorough. Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and Cody for plumbing issues.

I was looking to replace an old water heater, and the process was fast and easy. Cody was very nice, professional, and thorough. I did not feel any pressure to make a decision when he came out to give me a quote (but appreciated knowing they'd be ready to install immediately if needed), and when I called back a few days later the person in the office was very nice and got my installation scheduled for a day later that week that worked for me. Cody came back out and got my water heater installed within a few hours and without much disruption to my day!

Cody did an amazing job! He was here before his expected time. He was honest, thorough, and efficient and provided exceptional service! I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing because my shower was having some issues. Cody came over on time, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it punctually, and made sure nothing was leaking and even inspected the basement and checked other valves as well. The scheduling of the appt was easy and convenient. I received notifications about when Cody was arriving plus another courtesy call from Benjamin Franklin confirming that Cody was on his way. After the repair, Cody cleaned all of his tools up, made sure he left the bathroom the way he found it, received payment from me via card which is easy and then went on his way. Extremely Happy with Benjamin Franklin! We have plenty of other projects in the future in this house (built in 1900) and I will be using Benjamin Franklin but more importantly requesting Cody because he was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to during the whole repair process. Thanks, Sean Side note: I have dealt with some pretty bad businesses since I’ve been renovating this home for 2 years and some good ones as well. When you want something done right and up to code as well as being able to not feel uncomfortable with someone in your house, I would recommend this top notch business!

I chose Benjamin Franklin of Grand Rapids to help repair and replace the original shower valve in our 1920s home because of their amazing google reviews; they did not disappoint. Nick was punctual, professional, friendly. He was transparent and upfront about the pricing and extremely knowledgeable about the repairs that we needed.
