This is our second time to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We called and were able to schedule a next day appointment. Tyler was prompt and very courteous. He identified the leak under our sink quickly and was able to fix it. He has quoted our water softener system, very straight forward pricing. I look forward to having him install our system and am confident it will be another good experience!

After receiving a few quotes for my water heater to be replaced, I chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Mike did an excellent job walking through the steps of what to expect and answering my questions. My very old galvanized pipes added some bumps in the replacement process, but Mike was quick to keep me updated on solutions and next steps to ensure the best quality. I would recommend this company for future plumbing needs.

Kevin & Evan did an AMAZING job installing my new faucet. I am so so pleased. I purchased a new house and had a corroded faucet that needed to be replaced. They were able to come with about 12 hours notice to install. The holes in the counter were not the right size, but Evan and Kevin added caulk making it unnoticeable and a perfect fit. They were also incredibly efficient with the project completing it in ~2 hours. I would really like to compliment their professionalism and upbeat attitudes. I was especially impressed by Kevin’s apprentice/ assistant (?), Evan, who was enthusiastic, positive, skilled, and excited about his job and this project. He will certainly go far!!! I purchased a 100 year old house and am confident I will have more plumbing needs and will be SURE to use Kevin & Evan again!

Responded quickly to my emergency and fixed the issue immediately. I had expected at least a couple of days wait but they went and got all the materials they needed and came back and got me fixed right up. Extremely professional and did great work. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing work!
