We have a well and after I mistakenly left our outside hose on all night, the water pressure inside was low and also had sediment in it. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and from first contact they were highly professional. Jerry came out with an apprentice (I forgot his name) and they diagnosed and fixed the problem pretty quickly. Outstanding customer srrvice, highly professional and extremely competent. Reasonable charges. I am so grateful! I will definitely be calling them back for all of our plumbing needs!!

Chris was extremely professional and found the leak within minutes upon arrival and did a great job on the repair at a reasonable price. We actually had two other plumbing companies come out to find the leak and they sent out two inexperienced plumbers who told me they had to start making holes in the walls that were completely unnecessary.
