Dakotah with Benjamin Franklin was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. I thought I would have to wait for the water heater replacement, but he got on it immediately. Very satisfied!

Had my disposal replaced. Gentleman was very polite and efficient. Did a great job! I had two prior appointments that were canceled, which was not his fault, they were going to cancel again today but he came late evening and got the job done. I appreciate that. I WOULD GIVE HIM 5 STARS and the COMPANY 3 STARS because they canceled my appointments on the scheduled day

Dakota was upfront and honest with me and never tried to “up sell” me. Such a great and reputable man and I got the same feeling from the company when I called for a service call. Great company and terrific service man. So happy, and nothing like the plumber I called last year. I found my go to plumbing company and I am thrilled. Go to their website and read their approach to service. They don’t charge by the hour, but by the job. He let me know my situation was minor and how to handle this going forward.
