Experience was good and great customer service. The first plumber that came, Terry, was very nice. However, Aaron had to come the next day to fix some things. However, everyone was very nice and the customer service was top notch.

I am absolutely sooo pleased with the service of Patrick. He was knowledgeable and explained the issues and procedures necessary to reset the reprogram of the tankless water heater installed by another plumbing company. As of right now, everything is working as it should have 1 year ago when it was installed. Thank you Patrick and Benjamin Plumbing!!
