I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Getting same day service was so nice! Randy explained options to repair the problem and gave me prices for those options. The work was done in a speedy, professional manner. Highly recommend!!

We had a backed up sewer and called Ben Franklin on New Year's Day. We spoke with a live representative who was pleasant and helpful getting us scheduled with a technician for early the next morning. Next morning (early) we received a call from the technician, Nate, who advised he was on his way. Nate was punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions and thoroughly explaining the problem and solution. Two hours later our blockage was cleared and the cost was minimal. Highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing!!!

Randy and his apprentice were awesome!! Super helpful and informative, quick turn around on quality work, and committed to finishing the job even when further inspection revealed more needed to be done. Thank you! I highly recommend, and will be seeking their services again. :)
