Cory was cordial and knowledgeable. He got the job done very quickly. The only reason for the 4 stars is that Benjamin Franklin told us the plumber would be arriving in the morning. When he arrived it was almost 6:30pm. Also, the cost for unclogging our toilet was $254.66! Their $88 non-refundable service call fee (for coming out to look at the problem) is not applied to the repair cost. Cory was great.

Water heater started leaking from the base and needed to be replaced. Benjamin Franklin plumbing was quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Customer service was top notch and we were able to get the water heater replaced through a manufacturer warranty. Price was on the higher side for labor plus they charge a 3% service charge for paying with a card but workmanship was great and overall I’m happy with the results. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience getting our water softener serviced. Antoine was a great technician and explained everything that needed to be done. He was courteous of our space and super kind throughout the whole process. Thanks for everything and will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. :-)
