Dominic was great! Explained all options and the details of those options. Very personable and helpful, he even insisted on wearing the 'booties' even though I told him it was not necessary. Great guy! Dominic replaced my water heater 2 days later and it went great. Dominic is very cool and informative. I'm keeping you guys in my phonebook for any further plumbing needs. Thanks again. Dominic Murdock did some work on my house and did an amazing job. Helped point out some leaks that could have caused a long term problem. Also helped reset my water softener which wasn’t in scope. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Unknown leak and Dominic helped us diagnose it and recommended path forward. He wasn't looking for maximizing billing, but instead cost efficiency and effectiveness.

Benjamin Franklin were so fast and responsive to my needs. Had a drain clogged up and Dan showed up on time and delivered! Can’t recommend Ben Franklin enough, much better experience than with some of the big name shops we are used to seeing around here, Ben Franklin is a much needed breathe of fresh air, thank you guys!
