Ben Franklin plumbing in Dillon was the only company who actually picked up the phone when I called on a Thursday afternoon with a clogged drain and small flood. Their after-hours premium is expensive, but not absurd in comparison to other local companies. They came out just a few hours later, while the other companies who later got back to me could not schedule me for one or several weeks. James was very friendly and knowledgable. He mentioned that they have a stocked shop in the area for parts after hours. I like that they bill by the task, not the time. I will be using this company again. Thank you.
