Troy did an excellent job at getting the issue identified quickly. Very courtesy, and explained in detailed what happened and what the remedy was. He able to get our water turned back on, which we were very grateful for! Husband and I very happy with the results.

Benjamin Franklin’s Plumbing, Jordan did great work diagnosing, replacing and checking every system in the house for efficiency and safety. For Heating and Cooling, diagnosing is done by David, issue with our system that we have experienced over the past 10 years has been rectified. Troy had come to complete a general maintenance inspection and while here we inquired about assisting us with replacing our laundry sink. Without hesitation he began to assist and install it for us, which was very kind since we had not mentioned any sink installation prior to his arrival. His flexibility to help us with something randomly thrown at him was sincerely appreciated.
