Thank goodness for Baker Brothers and David Jason, one of their men working on Saturday. I just had foot surgery and water was all around the toilet and soon to be on the bamboo floor. I am grateful for the office finding someone right away! Bakers Brothers,May each of you be blessed this Thanksgiving! You certainly deserve many blessings! On Monday my toilet was replaced and the old carried off. Then my Hot Water Heater was drained and I bought their annual membership, which I think will be very helpful! Joe Luna was great in diagnosing and solving the problem. Most importantly, he empathized with the situation that I and my family were in (horrible cold weather, single digit wind-chill and without heat/gas at home).
