Benjamin Franklin handled the emergency with our water heater quickly. The technician (Sean Hoffman) was polite, friendly and he clearly and patiently explained all of the steps of the process and answered all of our questions in terms that we could understand.

Excellent service! Very professional. Always on time and little but pricey but worth the money. I rather pay for an excellent and guaranteed/licensed service than spend a few bucks less tan. Later on would had been a $$ nightmare. Jose was the first representative that came to give me a quote and reviewed everything. And Christian, the second guy who did all the amazing work. Great company. Very satisfied.

They just replaced our old water heater, and we were very happy with their service. They scheduled us quickly and Ang Sherpa was efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

Efron Sanchez was very professional, respectful, and very thorough with his explanation of what happened to my water heater which ended up needing replacement. He was very accommodating, quick in replacing the water heater, and left everything nice and clean. I respected his knowledge and how he expertly explained things to where I could understand the project. Thank you Efron for making this less stressful as I already was with the whole situation.
