Tom and Joshua are amazing, if I could give them more than five stars, I would. They were thorough and very courteous and handled plumbing issues I've had for years. Other plumbers did not come through for me, but Tom and Joshua did and for that, I'm grateful. Thank you so much guys! I know who to call the next time I have a plumbing issue. They're the only ones I would trust to do a great job.

I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We had a gas leak at our home. We contacted another plumber who made unnecessary repairs and charged us thousands of dollars. After realizing we still had a leak, we called Benjamin Franklin. They were very pleasant to speak to on the phone and got a technician to our home right away. Tom came out and was VERY knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our leak in no time. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you again Tom for your wonderful service!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience w/ Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & Tom! We were able to schedule an appointment within two days. Text updates RE: appointment confirmation & then ETA were so appreciated. Tom was very personable & explained what he was doing & about the warranty for the water heater.
