Barry called 25 mins before arriving & he arrived promptly 25 mins after that call! He then quickly fixed the low water pressure issue that was plaguing certain areas of my home for months! I told him what I had tried already, cleaning the aerator, checking for leaks, and he took my statements into consideration and was able to quickly remove the faucets and shower heads and clear the water line of sediment that had built up from the storms causing my water to be off for months. Thank you so much Barry! Never thought I’d be so excited to wash dishes. Photos depict before and after Barry’s excellent work!

Pedro arrived as planned, examined my water heater and presented my options. His price for installation was very competitive, so I accepted, and the unit was neatly installed in less than 2 hours. However, Pedro's knowledge about the local permitting process was incomplete. He failed to inform me before installation that the required permit was not included in his estimate, and would create a $200+ upcharge making this deal less sweet.

We just had a great experience with Ben Franklin. We had really great communication with scheduling and our plumber showed up right on time. He diagnosed and fixed our problem in minutes. Tom also took the time to give us insights into what we would need for a couple of potential renovations we are considering. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
