Pedro arrived as planned, examined my water heater and presented my options. His price for installation was very competitive, so I accepted, and the unit was neatly installed in less than 2 hours. However, Pedro's knowledge about the local permitting process was incomplete. He failed to inform me before installation that the required permit was not included in his estimate, and would create a $200+ upcharge making this deal less sweet.

He did an awesome job we told him we have been staying in hotels one night on the weekend to take showers for the past couple of weeks all because we are doing some remodeling our scheduled date was for a Wednesday for install but I'm not sure how he did it but shortly after he left he called me and said he could have installers at my house on Saturday so he made our day because I was in the middle of getting ready to book a room when he called to tell me that so we were all for it. His installers did an awesome job. I've been a customer of Benjamin heating and plumbing since 2017 and will continue to be a customer. He even set up an appt for someone to give us an estimate for a split unit.

Wonderful, flawless service call! Tom and Josh were professional. Arrived 15 minutes early which is amazing in itself! I was able to call the day before in the late afternoon and get an appointment the very next day. I’m sure this company is not the least expensive nor are they the most expensive (I’ve worked with both), definitely a case of you get what you pay for. They arrived to repair piping in the master bathroom, I had several other honey do plumbing items and when I asked they gave me a quote for all. Absolutely impressed with their service, which they warranty for two years. I love that they quote by job and not by hours. PS they are DEAF FRIENDLY and made every effort to be sure I understood each expense.

Tom did a great job, and B.F. kept us informed of schedule shifts. Tom was courteous, professional and thorough. When he checked our account, he saw we were due for our periodic inspection. He was able to quickly assess our issue and fix the problem. Aside from taking care of the plumbing issue, he took the time to complete our inspection and provide options with issues he found. Beyond the work, he took to time to ask questions and keep our dogs at ease.
