Tom kessinger did an excellent job installing our new water heater and explaining the process along the way. We will definitely be recommending to people and using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again. Friendly, fast and clean work.

Pedro arrived as planned, examined my water heater and presented my options. His price for installation was very competitive, so I accepted, and the unit was neatly installed in less than 2 hours. However, Pedro's knowledge about the local permitting process was incomplete. He failed to inform me before installation that the required permit was not included in his estimate, and would create a $200+ upcharge making this deal less sweet.

Wonderful, flawless service call! Tom and Josh were professional. Arrived 15 minutes early which is amazing in itself! I was able to call the day before in the late afternoon and get an appointment the very next day. I’m sure this company is not the least expensive nor are they the most expensive (I’ve worked with both), definitely a case of you get what you pay for. They arrived to repair piping in the master bathroom, I had several other honey do plumbing items and when I asked they gave me a quote for all. Absolutely impressed with their service, which they warranty for two years. I love that they quote by job and not by hours. PS they are DEAF FRIENDLY and made every effort to be sure I understood each expense.

We just had a great experience with Ben Franklin. We had really great communication with scheduling and our plumber showed up right on time. He diagnosed and fixed our problem in minutes. Tom also took the time to give us insights into what we would need for a couple of potential renovations we are considering. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
