I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing. The communication with the office and the team in the field was outstanding! They were also prompt and courteous. I was impressed with the quality of work as well. We had a leaky filter case and pipes coming off my pressure tank were rusting. Here are before and after photos. The entire process went smooth and easy.

Great experience! Super fast response time and professional service from this company. Another company I called said it wasn't possible to do the job because of challenging logistics in the attic space, but Benjamin Franklin accepted the challenge! They replaced my water heater quickly, taking extra care to protect my carpets and cleaned up well behind themselves. The techs were very professional. I would strongly recommend them to others!

John was very professional and courteous, from the initial phone call indicating expected arrival time until completion of the jobs. I had replacement faucets done for 2 bathrooms. He explained how the pricing worked and identified how the plans worked - - indicating options. I wanted faucets different from what John had on his truck. Lowes was out of stock for the item I wanted. John worked diligently to find a like product! I really like what he found. John also picked up on a problem I was having in one of the bathrooms and was able to repair that as well. This was definitely a 5 star experience!

I had a great experience with this company. When I reached out for assistance, they called me back very quickly and were also able to fit me into their schedule in a timely manner. Zach was very friendly, was great about explaining things, and did great work! Will definitely call this company again as needs come up! A+
