There was a gas leak at my daughter's house, so the gas company had to turn off the gas until it had been located and repaired. I googled for plumbers that could provide this service. BENJAMIN FRANKLIN plumbing came up first. Before calling their number, I looked on the BBB site. There were no complaints filed, and they are accredited with the BBB+, so I called. They responded quickly, and someone came out right away. After discussing the situation with them, I decided to proceed with them doing the repair. The work was completed within a few hours, which I am very happy about since there are children living here also. I'm grateful to both the technician and his "field manager" for their time and patience they took with me. Neither of them left me feeling like I was a bother when I kept asking questions regarding the work being done. I don't know how their prices compare to anyone else because I didn't seek a 2nd opinion. All I know is it was affordable for me to cover with my credit card. I was afraid it would be significantly more involved and costly. If they had been the case, I was going to just give up and sell the house. I'm glad it didn't come to that . I'm in my 60s, and this was my grandmother's house, so I do have SOME degree of attachment to it. The job was completed quickly enough that I was able to have a gas turn-on that will be completed today. I have no problem recommending them to someone else in need of their services . I called for a 4 plumbing service late at night and after coming to dead ends Benjamin Franklin answered. The guy who answered was very Informated and answered all my questions and concerns. Informed me that their was a on call Technician and that he would be on his way. Team pulled it off. Replaced my water service and got me up and functioning. Family and I were very impressed through out the process. The team kept us in the loop and I felt like they were with me every step of the way. Clean up was immaculate 5 stars. Craftsmanship 5 stars. Knowledge 5 stars. Thank u guys for the 110 % effort put in to you commitment of service. Defiantly will recomond Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing issues. You want it fix right the first time and get educated on your plumbing system these are the guys to call

I would just like to say thanks to Benjami Franklin plumbing, Cleigigh, Jason and I'm so sorry I forgot his partner's name for doing a great job at my house on my slab leak.They stayed on task the whole day to get it taken care of. They stayed until about 8:30pm and finished up by cell phone light. Great job!!!

Had my water heater replaced and the installation went smooth, very professional plus a good price! I will use their services from now on! Very pleased. They are also friendly and gave me good tips on maintenance! 😁
