I had a tough plumbing issue so it took a couple of visits to diagnose but all of these guys were smart and committed to solving my problem. I was kept in the loop and all was completely explained. It costs a little more, but you get so much more... used these guys for years and will be a long time supporter. Ryder, Eric (amazing), Jordan (so enjoyed dealing with you), and a double shout to Harley (this guy is incredible!!!)

When I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on Tuesday they said they could have someone at my house the next day. The ability to quickly get on my job was a refreshing surprise! The technician that came out (Eric Lovelady) was punctual and extremely knowledgeable about my plumbing needs and super courteous. I almost hate to recommend him because I don’t want him to be busy when I need him next time…..but, nonetheless, I will. Ask for Eric and you will not be disappointed. Eric Lovelady came to my home yesterday. He was on time. While being efficient and knowledgeable, he had a professional approach and was pleasant to talk with. He went about his business and offered me options on how to repair my shower stems. Good guy to work with and a reputable company to use, Ben Franklin Plumbing. 5 stars and more.
