Upon arrival, Michael and Joseph were very professional very thorough. They introduced themselves asked me what my main concern was & what was my problem and they explain everything in great detail. He also explained how it would be done and gave various options as to your budget needs and wants, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Benjamin Franklin all the way I will use them again.

Unfortunately, my older home has experienced some plumbing issues of late. But when problems arise it is important to have a friendly, competent and trustworthy contractor to resolve your issues. Chase has been out to our place about 3 times now, and on each visit we have experienced timely, competent service and fair pricing. Would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and especially Chase Mayo.

I attempted to rebuild my toilets and ran into trouble. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and got an appt the same day...a Saturday. Eric came called early (which i appreciated) and got started right away. He took time to explain what happened and make sure I was pleased with my repairs. He cleaned up well and even repacked the kit I had bought so i can return it. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Eric in particular!

Chase and Zander were professional, courteous and friendly (as well as on time!) and did excellent work repairing my faucets. They were great! Although the cost of the job was much higher than expected, the service was top-notch, deserving five stars.

Upon arrival, Ryder was extremely pleasant and listened carefully to our issues with our bathroom plumbing. We thought we had a giant mess on our hands, and Ryder broke down the problems and explained them in terms we could understand. Even better, Ryder explained our issues were not as complicated as we thought, and that was such a relief to us. He was in and out in under an hour and offered excellent customer service. Should anyone call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Birmingham, we recommend asking for Ryder by name.
