This company could not have done a better job. Had a bad leak in the crawl space under my house. Happened overnight - I called in the morning. They called me back when they had an opening. The plumber was very nice, informative, and did an efficient repair as quickly as could have been done. And came with a 2 year warranty. I would not think twice about calling Benjamin Franklin again for any Plumbing problem.
