The Technician Austin was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. The only negative thing I could say. Is the price $$ I had to pay for the service. Also, they don’t repair the sheet rock in the wall. I will need to have someone repair it. I did have same day service which was a plus.

I had a great experience with Jordan. He was respectful, took the time to explain the issue with my water heater in a way I could understand, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also ordered the necessary part without delay. I appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him. The only issue is the flat rate pricing is a little high in my opinion, but that is the only negative.

First and the most important thing is I am so impressed with your employee, RUSSELL CUNINGHAM, and be assured his knowledge, patience, and professionalism is the reason I hired your company for this very expensive , however very competitive and fair quote!! I am very diligent in getting at the least six quotes; and still never feel that comfortable, however today would be different. Russell explained to me why this happened to my pipes, all the way down to the chemical breakdown of connecting brass to galvanized pipes and that mixing of metals causing a breakdown or eroding of the metals and also how his company Benjamin Franklin does something to make that process better or at the least slows it down or stops it. I know I am not saying that right but how comforting and impressive. He was also the ONLY plumber who said exactly what North Augusta Water said!!! I am very pleased but also very happy that hard working, kind, respectful people are still out there trying to work honestly and well for those who hire them. May God bless this young man with favor and the good things of the Lord Jesus Christ all his life. Thank you Russell!!!
