Our technician's name is Jason. He helped us once before, and in both cases he did an excellent job. He is friendly, personable, and extremely good at his job, and it was a pleasure to see him again! After our usual independent plumber relocated, we weren’t sure who to call. My parents told me to call Benjamin Franklin and I’m so glad we did. They have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. They quickly came and repaired a shower leak for us and explained everything in detail - including the cause of the issue, how they were going to repair it, and the cost. I highly recommend them!!
