We had a leak in one of our bathrooms into basement below. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing based off location and positive reviews. They scheduled me within a couple days which was fantastic since it was the holiday week. Adam the plumber was awesome!! Inspected plumbing, diagnosed the issue with minimal disruption to the bathroom and had it fixed in no time! Definitely recommend these guys!!! Fantastic!!

Braden did a fantastic job replacing my hose bibs and shut off valves! He explained everything about the new hardware very clearly. I’m super happy with the work!

Braden was great. We had a clogged cartridge for my shower. Braden was able to clear the line and get everything working quickly without having to replace any parts. Saved us a lot of money.

I had a very frustrating experience with fridge delivery from Lowes and them not being able to do anything about the "waterline" behind the fridge. (Turns out all I had to do was unscrew a coupling.) I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and Adam arrived and told me what an easy fix it was. So easy that he didn't even charge me for the visit. As someone who lives alone and knows nothing about waterlines, I appreciate someone taking the time to actually help me. I will be calling them again for any other plumbing issues I may have.

I am very impressed with the promptness and quality of work from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ann Arbor. After calling them, they had someone out within a very short time to help me with a leaking toilet. Alex quickly identified the issue, was very helpful, and professional. We set up a follow-up appointment today with Braden to install a new toilet. Braden was also very helpful and professional and did an excellent job with the installation. I highly recommend this company for the plumbing needs you might have.

Braden also is professional, detailed oriented, and patient in answering my questions as well as explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was outstanding from beginning to end!
