We needed to have our outdoor faucets and line’s replaced on our older home. Alex was very personable and explained what was involved in doing so and how to go about draining lines for cold weather. Work was done efficiently and work area left clean. We also received a 2 for 1 discount for the interior on/off valve. We liked the 2 year warranty and offer to call if we have any further questions or concerns.

Braden came out to evaluate a plumbing problem. He was very helpful and informative. Much appreciated! Braden came back today and replaced my utility sink faucet. He did excellent work and in a very timely manner. He also did a small fix on my washer hose. I’ve had plumbers in the past, but none can compare to Braden’s work . I will only call this company in the future and will recommend them to friends and family Thank all of you at Benjamin Franklin!

Fantastic service today - the team was extremely helpful in providing suggestions and options as I tried to decide how best to address an issue. They walked me through everything they were doing, and communicated clearly and regularly throughout. The project took much less time than anticipated, and the plumbing looks beautiful! I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is - would highly recommend and will absolutely use their services again.
