Adam was out today to investigate a problem with our plumbing system and was very thorough and made suggestions that we needed to try before ding an excavation. Was very concerned about the expense to ensure we didn’t do something that wasn’t needed.

Just had an excellent experience with Field, the general manager of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He was honest, informative, patient with our questions, highly professional and knowledgeable. Explained the pros and cons of different options for fixing/replacing our water heater, and seemed interested in what would be in our best interest, not just what would make money for the company.

Adam is the man he was knowledgeable friendly he didn't pressure us into buying something i didn't need. He was informative answer all our questions. I have to say this guy went over and beyond.
