JR. and Ryan were at my house for 8am, and they stayed late to finish my boiler install. Both were true professionals and really great guys. Their work is outstanding. I can't recommend them highly enough. A+++

No plumbing emergency is ever easy to deal with as a homeowner however, I appreciate Ben Franklin for their amazing service from start to finish, Jeremy came the very next morning as early as his schedule would allow. He was friendly personable, and really took the time to listen to me and offer the best solution. He provided a reasonable quote and took care of our issue quickly as a result. I believe that I will continue to use Ben Franklin for any of my future plumbing needs.

Angel came to my house because I’m having a plumbing problem. Very courteous and concerned. Also very careful about my house. He listened to me very patiently as I described my problem he then evaluated it gave me a price and gave me a discount because I’m a vet and a senior citizen. Ben Franklin plumbing were quick to get back to me and quick to come to my house. It is so hard to get anybody to answer when you have a problem. Not Ben Franklin they got right back to me. Will not forget this. From now they will be first I will call if I have a problem. Thank you Ben Franklin I will always recommend you! Now the day mechanic Felix was sent out do actual repair and he did excellent job very clean worker. My problem was solved once again Thank you Felix and Ben Franklin.

Satisfied prompt Service. What I thought was going to be a $4000 job. It wasn't the pipe that I was thinking. Thank God. Elliot was awesome finding where the leak really was coming from.They need to install a new Plumbing pipe and toilet😊. Elliott found the problem on Saturday., Was gonna have someone here ASAP Monday I suggested Tuesday if that was okay. 'cause it's my day off since it wasn't urgent and he totally agreed Tuesday would be great. They work well with their customers. You don't know the condition of what was underneath my 3-year-old toilet. I just purchased this home and it was put in 3 years ago by LLC. Only Dana and I saw the Poorly condition. I'm sure he had to take pictures😊 Thank you very much, Dana for your hard work.Here is a photo of a very well done job by Dana.

Quick and friendly dispatcher. They gave us a realistic window as to when the technician would be here and he showed up right on time. The technician Max was fast efficient friendly and polite. We will definitely recommend the company and the technician.
