10/10 would recommend! Wife and I had just moved into a new place in Ames, and needed a whole new kitchen sink drain. The team and individuals at Ben Franklin are amazing, professional, and very patient and kind. They show up on time, and take care to answer any questions. Also, I'm pretty sure they left my basement cleaner than when they got here. If you are still reading this, just one question, why haven't you called them yet?! You won't be disappointed!!

The whole process start to finish, call to task completion was incredibly efficient. Chris explained the issue clearly, and the issue was resolved quickly. The area was honestly left in better condition than when they got here. I was very impressed with the professionalism and will definitely use them again. Chris was very polite, professional and did a very thorough job. I received an annual inspection of my plumbing system through their club membership program and feel reassured about my homes’ continued maintenance. Came to replace my heat tape and I couldn’t be happier. As I’ve said before, Chris is very polite and Professional and I appreciate his expertise. The job was done quickly, cleanup was absolutely thorough and the price was spot on with the estimate I was given…. Actually, even better! It is so good to have that confident feeling that things are in good working order with your home. Scheduled an appt but issue got worse. Called and the came right away!! Josue was a great guy. Explained the sump pump issue so I could understand it!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!! Will highly recommend this company!!

I am not located in Ames, but my property which needed some work done is in Ames. Josh clarified the repairs I asked to be completed and he kept me informed of the work he completed. Josh worked quickly and efficiently. Most of the work he was doing was fixing someone else's mistakes. We asked Josh to take a look at something else we needed his expertise on and he said it is working well at this time and did not need to be replaced at this time. More importantly, he gave us an estimate for what the repairs will cost us when we need them to be done in the future. I highly recommend Josh and Ben Franklin Plumbing of Ames.
