Keevon Jones was great!! Master plumbing skills show. He was a little late the first day but it's Atlanta traffic right? 🤷🏻♀️. Otherwise great great job. Master skills are evident. He was nice, pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. Everything was done well and on my schedule. I would definitely hire him again and pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with my first experience. He even took the old faucet and garbage disposal.

Carter with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did amazing! He was able to troubleshoot where the small leak was coming from and advise me on next steps. In the end it was amazing value for the visit (only charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee) and I feel confident with what to do next!

We recently had our water heater break and flood our basement. Tyler came out promptly and installed two new water heater the same day. He got us 2 commercial heaters at a great price and we had water back that same day. We were very please with Tyler’s workmanship and customer service. Today he came back to follow up check on our heaters. He worked all day and made time to see us at 8pm. Great young man! We will definitely use Tyler again for all our plumbing needs.

Kevin came out to assess our water heater issues we’ve been having. He was prompt, (early even, which who does not love!), professional, didn’t bat an eye when my toddler began melting down, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Such a great experience.

I was very pleased by my experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. We had an appointment scheduled for the morning and due to some unforeseen circumstances they were unable to fulfill their appointment on time, but they did everything they could to make sure we got seen later that same day. They provided me A helpful diagnosis on the problem without even charging us due to the inconvenience. We will definitely be using them again thank you for making it right!
