Keevon Jones was great!! Master plumbing skills show. He was a little late the first day but it's Atlanta traffic right? 🤷🏻♀️. Otherwise great great job. Master skills are evident. He was nice, pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. Everything was done well and on my schedule. I would definitely hire him again and pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with my first experience. He even took the old faucet and garbage disposal.

We recently had our water heater break and flood our basement. Tyler came out promptly and installed two new water heater the same day. He got us 2 commercial heaters at a great price and we had water back that same day. We were very please with Tyler’s workmanship and customer service. Today he came back to follow up check on our heaters. He worked all day and made time to see us at 8pm. Great young man! We will definitely use Tyler again for all our plumbing needs.

I’m incredibly happy with the awesome work of Keevon, and the whole team over at the Alpharetta location. They corrected an issue that took place before them and took my concerns seriously. They figured it out quickly and moved to get it taken care of in a way that made me say… that’s how you do customer service. I’ve been a customer of theirs for a bit now and have no indication of stopping.

I was very pleased by my experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. We had an appointment scheduled for the morning and due to some unforeseen circumstances they were unable to fulfill their appointment on time, but they did everything they could to make sure we got seen later that same day. They provided me A helpful diagnosis on the problem without even charging us due to the inconvenience. We will definitely be using them again thank you for making it right!

I really appreciate Carter Fontana and his assistant. They called to let me know when they would arrive. He evaluated my issue and told me that since my problem is the sprinkler system, it would be best for me to find someone specifically working on irrigation system. I am really impressed for his honesty, and kindness to put customer's interest on top. He even waived the house visit fee! I would definitely go to Carter for any plumbing issues in the future.
