Nicholas Blackwell did an excellent job. He was thorough in explaining the situation of my problem to me, also in explaining all the company offers and explained the membership available to. He is knowledgeable of his profession and has a very courteous and respectful disposition. The company has a great asset.
We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing regarding an issue with a leak. They were able to schedule an appointment for us quickly. Our technician Grayson was professional and very thorough. He worked hard to determine the source of our issue without cutting any corners and provided recommendations to repair the problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of plumbing repair and installation.
Carlos was great. Took time to look at the problem and give his best guess as to the cause without opening the wall (starting the work). He explained his thought process and what he believed was going on. Price for repair was a little high but as long as the work is completed properly, I don’t mind paying a little more to have the job completed correctly. Another team needs to perform my repair I will update my review if anything changes. Ao far I am very pleased with Franklin Plumbing, especially the helpful explanations by Carlos.

Chad was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing to get the job done. He and a colleague realized the old pipe connected to our sump pump had been buried under layers of mulch where it came outside, and was filled with dirt. They replaced the sump pump and made sure the new pipe outside was not buried. Chad clearly loves his job, and he was fun to talk to because he explained everything so well. He got here exactly at the time the window of service was scheduled.
