Garrett did a great job! We had an emergency with are only toilet and luckily, they were able to get to us quickly. He gave clear estimates, explained the problem and what he could do to fix it and cost. He did not have the correct part he needed, and he was able to go get it and complete the job. He was efficient, got everything corrected that had been done incorrectly by the contractor. I was so impressed with their speedy helpful service I bought the yearly membership as I have some tub work that needs done. Very pleased with Garrett- you have a great guy working hard for your company!
John Wood was delightful, friendly and very knowledgeable as I would expect from a master plumber. He explained everything well and showed us pictures of the things that needed attention in our plumbing. He ended up selling us a soft water system. But he explained our needs better than anyone else has and I feel good about the purchase.
