Courteous and respectful, quick but also thorough. Dillion worked with us over the weekend to address an issue with our water heater and get it working. Due to unfortunate coincidence, the age of the unit became an issue and we were left with the need for a new water heater. Dillion worked to show us the options available to get us up and running swiftly, even taking the previous repairs into account on the price. We were happy to have Dillon in our home to work on this and he stayed a little extra to make sure all the system was functioning properly.
