They came the same day I called even though it was nothing urgent. Just a consult on how to go about putting in a drain for my pool into the sewer line. After exchanging several ideas and given a couple quoted options, I decided on the best option and they were there a few days later. It took about 6 hours. Ethan and Sergio were very thorough and considerate of my opinion when slight adjustments had to be made. Extremely happy with the results and even happier that they will be following up with a custom removable drain pipe from the sand filter to the drain so I don’t have to use a rubber hose anymore and make winterizing easier. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Northwest Arkansas. Ethan was our technician and was so pleasant and professional to work with. We had a gas leak and BF sent Ethan promptly to our house. He was extremely thorough in finding any and all problems. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in detail. He was nice enough to give us a phone number if we had any further problems. In addition, he gave us advice about how to stay safe in the future. He relieved a lot of stress for our family.
