Oakley and Associate were excellent. Courteous and very helpful with details as to what they were doing. The work looked great, they were informative so I fully understood what they did. Asked if I had additional question. Very much appreciated and will certainly call Ben Franklin next time. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, on time, friendly, neat, clean, respectful. I love working with this company & I wouldn’t choose anyone else. Always great service! I’ve used them across 3 homes now for furnace, ac, Freon leak, maintenance, inspections, installations, plumbing repairs, leaks, new plumbing tank installs, etc. I like that they send you a picture of who to expect at your door. Needed a new water heater. Gave me an estimate and installed new unit that day. Friendly technician, Oakley, did a great job. Fast, clean. Careful. Will have them over again when I need plumbing work
