Matt was a pleasure to have as my water filter installer. He took his time on the install and explained step by step on the installation procedure. He is a top notch technician. The job came out great. I am very pleased with the installation.
A well-intentioned neighbor removed a stuck water hose from my front yard faucet and broke the water pipe in the process. He repaired the break with a shark-bite fitting, which worked for a few hours but started leaking. Well-intentions notwithstanding, I recognized I needed a professional and called Benjamin Franklin. Micah Moore arrived at the appointment time, assessed the damage, and made the repair: he removed the fitting, welded the pipe and installed a new faucet. Micah is skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. He made time to answer my questions and made me feel confident the repair would hold. It was a great experience and as an ancillary bonus, I learned about PVC vs poly and metal pipes and water pressure! Highly recommend.

We can’t say enough good things about Chris! Replacing our hot water heater ended up being more complicated than a simple tank swap, but Chris went above and beyond. He took the time to figure out exactly what needed to be done, gave us multiple options, and worked hard to get it all finished surprisingly fast. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain safety info and answer all our questions thoroughly. On top of that, he was just a genuinely great person to have in our home—friendly, personable, and respectful. He was so sweet to our 8-year-old daughter (and even joked back with her!) and was kind to our dogs too, even though they were gated away. Little things like that really meant a lot to us.
