Bryan did a beautifull Job uninstalling my old water conditioner and replacing it with the new one. He introduced himself when he got here to my home, and was so nice. He explained to me everything he was going to do and let me know he had to turn the water off for a couple of hrs before he completed the job. I was very pleased with the Job he did. We always have super kind technicians at Ben Franklin but today we had a guy come out who went above and beyond! His name was Nery. He provided us with exceptional service. Nery was so polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had many questions about getting our pipes replaced and he explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I. We have talked to a couple other plumbing companies about the problems we are facing in regards to our plumbing (old house) and never felt like we were getting the answers we needed to follow through with their services.
