Excellent service all around. I called/emailed three other local companies, and didn’t hear back from them at all. BF Plumbing installed a new water heater the next day, after an initial visit to explain possible repairs vs. replacement. Adam was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Installation was amazing and Adam took the time to explain the work he did and ensure all my questions were answered. Top-notch service throughout, which is getting harder to find these days! Highly recommended.

The team at Benjamin Franklin is always fantastic to work with. We moved into our house this past summer and have had a few plumbing issues pop up in the basement and kitchen. The team has been out here within 24 hours of calling, and today when our garbage disposal on the fritz their technician Braden was out here within two hours! Great, caring people. Highly recommend!

Adam was professional. He was through and gave us a very transparent and clear quote for the services we need. We had the quoted work done. The Alex and Adam were professional and efficient. They were friendly and were very respectful of our home. I know it’s not a fun thing to have to replace a hot water heater, but Benjamin Franklin made it seamless and anxiety free. This company never disappoints!! I've used them several times. Every technician has been great. They always have a solution, and a few backup ideas when needed. They go out of their way to help and on more than one occasion have not charged us when the fix was easy. Today was no different! Alex arrived a few minutes early and had things diagnosed, his ideas proposed, and the whole job was done in 20 min. I also learned a few things about plumbing which I always appreciate. I'd use these guys for every home repair if I could!
