Call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out of Buford they sent out Fernando very quickly. Fernando addressed the situation quickly then explained to me what needed to be done and the price. Once he got the go-ahead, he worked in a very timely manner to handle my plumbing needs and he was very courteous and professional cleaning up behind himself. I would call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

He was efficient and professional, completing the job swiftly and effectively. What really impressed me, was his honesty. He found the necessary part on sale and adjusted the final bill downwards to reflect the savings. I highly recommend Donald for his skill, professionalism, and integrity. He's a top-notch plumber!

I had 2 old toilets replaced with new, and a water filtration system installed. Paul K. was the technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did the whole job by himself. BFP kept communication with me during the process. Paul cleaned up after himself and the job was done in a timely manner. Thanks Paul K and BFP!

Ira Miller was the technician that responded to my request. Man was timely, courteous, professional, efficient, communicative, and honestly a good time. Not only did he fix my issue, but gave me different options and explained the pros and cons to each. Then as a courtesy inspected the rest of my water system to make me aware of other things that might pop up in the future, just to make sure I was aware of signs of “impending doom” (my words, not his). Would recommend.

Chad, Cade, Joe S., Joe G., Michael and Ethan took exceptional care of my family and me during a complex and expensive plumbing overhaul. The project involved working in a tight crawlspace and utility closet, working around a rotted-out subfloor as well as coordinating both a furnace replacement and a switch from a traditional water heater to a tankless system with full uninstall and haul of the old and install of the new. This wasn’t just a swap-out job, the tankless installation required brand new components, piping, electrical upgrades, and gas lines. It was a major undertaking, but the BF team handled it with professionalism, skill, and clear communication every step of the way. Seth arrived on time and was very efficient in replacing our sump pump. He was a pleasure to visit with. He made sure everything worked properly when the job was finished. I also want to add that Lexi was very kind on the phone and promptly scheduled the technician. She followed up with another phone call saying when the technician would arrive. 😊
