My appt was between 10am-2pm. The tech was running behind, which I was informed of. He arrived after 2pm, assessed the issue, gave me a quote and fixed the problem. He did an excellent job replacing my bad spigot. I would recommend!

From making the first call and talking with Bob to the on-time arrival of Dave and Cody, everything went almost perfectly! Bob whom I believe to be the owner was VERY straight forward about pricing and even helped in that regard. They came to a clogged drain and had to actually pull a toilet in the basement, as my home doesn't have a clean out as most basements do. This was done quickly and followed by them scoping my pipes underneath the home (which ended up clearing the soft clog) as well as to where it meets the main sewer at the street. Very informative the entire way and explained everything in detail. They even showed me trouble areas and told me that I should be fine, although I thought that service was included with my estimate, I realized it was more of a add-on which I now fully understand why. All in all I would highly recommend and there was no pressure trying to upsell. I am on a tight budget and they took care of the main issue and I believe the pricing to be fairly affordable. I will definitely have them back out to get them to de-scale my pipes and they told me my account would be notated so that I wasn't charged anything above and beyond what we had discussed. Overall great company and very down to earth people!

"Steve" arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was very upset because approximately 9 days earlier, BF had installed all new piping in our home. Yesterday afternoon, the new piping was leaking badly, causing damage to our floor. Dispatcher said they would send someone "Next Thursday". I rant and raved about how their work was not satisfactory at all and they need to do better and sent me a technician to fix this "Large Leak" ASAP. They agreed and sent Steve today, one day later. Anyways, Steve was very calm, cool and collected and he knows what he is doing. He took care of the issue and replaced some piping under our home and now we have water. I am happy with the service BF has provided to take care of this issue that should not have occurred 9 days after pipe replacement (installer tightened pipe too tight and cracked). It is what it is. Issue has been resolved satisfactorily and BF has held up its side to satisfy this customer.

Travis Is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. It is a pleasure to know him and we look forward to seeing him as needed in the future. We are now a new customer and I can't think of a better way to make money than by having customers. JohnL

Immediately came in looked at our issue at the house and had an immediate answer. Other places quoted us nearly 10k and he definitely has a price that is unbeatable. Quick, efficient, and friendly.

Excellent work from the first call to the final product. As a business owner myself I can see when things seem well run and when things need a tune up. Ben Franklin is not in need of any tune ups. I give a 5 star to the service , the technician and the whole team and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could :). Very professional they work all day at my house from 8 am to 9 pm without stopping , very respectful and kind to describe me every little detail of the job and very hard working as they stay focused to finish the job . I was worry about them working all day but they seemed in charge of everything. They changed the sewer pipe from my house to city main and the job was done perfectly ! They ran into the water pipe and they had to redirect that pipe too but everything was done without fault ! Please do not hesitate to call them or hire them . I would recommend them to anyone . Amazing and professional!

This was a scary experience for me. My home is new and i was clueless and worried. I went on thumbtack and after reading the reviews i decided to go with them. They were so nice to work with my work schedule, they came the same day!! Mr. Tim Southard worked so hard and he educated me on the does and donts of what goes in the drain because i had an awful blockage. He solved the problem, no mess, was very up front about what he had to do and pricing. The price was very good. If it’s cheap it ain’t good and if it’s good it ain’t cheap!! I have already told other residents where I live about them and I told them to ask for Tim. He was a true blessing. This business is veteran owned. We have to support our local veterans!!
